近日，中國(guó)固廢網(wǎng)了解到，越南慶和省（Khanh Hoa）——價(jià)值超過(guò)32500億越南盾（約8.63億人民幣）的慶和省垃圾焚燒發(fā)電廠(chǎng)項(xiàng)目已完成環(huán)境影響評(píng)估。

The Khanh Hoa Waste-to-power Plant project in Suoi Dau commune, with a total investment of VND 3,250 billion, invested by KH New City Joint Stock Company, has been approved by the Provincial People's Committee to adjust the investment policy and at the same time approve the investor.

慶和省（Khanh Hoa）人民委員會(huì)已批準(zhǔn)位于Suoi Dau鄉(xiāng)的慶和垃圾發(fā)電廠(chǎng)項(xiàng)目，該項(xiàng)目總投資額為32500億越南盾（約8.63億人民幣），由慶和新城股份公司投資（KH New City Joint Stock Company），并已調(diào)整投資政策，同時(shí)批準(zhǔn)了投資方。

According to information from the enterprise, KH New City Joint Stock Company has submitted an environmental impact assessment dossier for the project to serve the appraisal process according to regulations.

據(jù)該公司消息，慶和新城股份公司（KH New City Joint Stock Company）已按規(guī)定提交了該項(xiàng)目的環(huán)境影響評(píng)價(jià)文件，以配合評(píng)估流程。

The Khanh Hoa Waste-to- Waste Power Plant Project is approved with a scale of handling 1,300 tons/day and night of domestic solid waste (fresh waste through the weighing station) and 250 tons/day and night of common industrial solid waste.

慶和省垃圾發(fā)電廠(chǎng)項(xiàng)目獲批的處理規(guī)模為：每日處理1,300噸城市生活固體垃圾（經(jīng)稱(chēng)重站的新鮮垃圾）和250噸一般工業(yè)固體垃圾。

The combined power plant has a designed capacity of 26 MW. The total construction area is over 10.87 hectares.

該綜合發(fā)電廠(chǎng)設(shè)計(jì)裝機(jī)容量為26兆瓦，總建筑面積超過(guò)10.87公頃。

The project synchronously invests in technical infrastructure items, including a 10.5/110 kV closed-fitting transformer station in the factory premises, with a scale of 2×13 MW/16 MVA and 2 110 kV output units.

項(xiàng)目同步投資技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施，包括廠(chǎng)區(qū)內(nèi)一座10.5/110千伏封閉式變電站，規(guī)模為2×13兆瓦/16兆伏安，配備2個(gè)110千伏輸出單元。

The power connection system includes a 110 kV double-circuit line about 4 km long, using ACSR cables and a transitional connection on the 110 kV Dien Khanh - Suoi Dau line.

電力連接系統(tǒng)包含一條長(zhǎng)約4公里的110千伏雙回路線(xiàn)路，采用ACSR（鋼芯鋁絞線(xiàn)）電纜，并在110千伏Dien Khanh - Suoi Dau線(xiàn)路上設(shè)置過(guò)渡連接。

In addition, the project will build a raw water supply system with a pumping station with a capacity of 3,000 m3/day and night and the DN255 HDPE pipeline, nearly 8 km long, mainly buried underground along traffic routes from Suoi Dau lake to the factory.

此外，項(xiàng)目將建設(shè)原水供應(yīng)系統(tǒng)，包括一座日供水量3,000立方米的泵站，以及一條長(zhǎng)約8公里的DN255 HDPE管道。該管道主要沿交通路線(xiàn)從Suoi Dau湖至工廠(chǎng)地下埋設(shè)。

In terms of technology, the factory applies the technology of burning domestic solid waste and conventional industrial solid waste combined with power generation, using Martin mechanical recording furnaces (Germany).

在技術(shù)方面。工廠(chǎng)采用城市生活固體垃圾與一般工業(yè)固體垃圾焚燒發(fā)電技術(shù)，使用德國(guó)馬丁機(jī)械爐排爐。

The heat generated during the combustion process is recovered through the boiler system to create steam to operate the turbine to generate electricity.

燃燒過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的熱量通過(guò)鍋爐系統(tǒng)回收，產(chǎn)生蒸汽驅(qū)動(dòng)渦輪機(jī)發(fā)電。

According to the project documents, the environmental safety distance (ATMT) is determined to be 240 m from the factory boundary, in accordance with QCVN 01:2025/BXD.

根據(jù)項(xiàng)目文件，按照QCVN 01:2025/BXD標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，環(huán)境安全距離（ATMT）設(shè)定為距工廠(chǎng)邊界240米。

There are no residential areas within this area; the nearest residential areas are outside the safe zone, from 600 m to more than 3,000 m depending on the wind direction.

該區(qū)域內(nèi)沒(méi)有居民區(qū)；最近的居民區(qū)位于安全區(qū)外，距離從600米到3000米以上不等，具體距離取決于風(fēng)向。

In addition, the 110 kV connecting line is arranged with a safety corridor of 15 m wide, with no houses or construction works within the affected area. The raw water supply pipeline is completely buried underground, without affecting people's lives.

此外，110千伏連接線(xiàn)路設(shè)置了15米寬的安全走廊，受影響區(qū)域內(nèi)沒(méi)有房屋或建筑工地。原水供應(yīng)管道完全埋設(shè)于地下，不會(huì)對(duì)居民生活造成影響。

All items of the project are located in Suoi Dau commune, in accordance with the waste treatment area planning of Khanh Hoa province.

該項(xiàng)目所有設(shè)施均位于Suoi Dau鄉(xiāng)，符合慶和省（Khanh Hoa） 的垃圾處理區(qū)規(guī)劃。
